Who I am: Hey there, I'm Ben, an instructional designer. I create engaging learning experiences tailored for a diverse clientele, from line workers at a fabrication plant to top-level executives. Some of the names on my list include Disney, Apple, and Louis Vuitton. I’m passionate about using technology to help people reach their full potential.

My Process: Learners are at the heart of my process. I identify the challenges they face and design solutions. I embrace an iterative design method that employs user testing and data analysis to create a product that is learner-centric and adapts seamlessly as needs evolve. I value my collaborative relationships with stakeholders, peers, and SMEs and work to make sure solutions serve intended audiences and align expectations across the organization.

Whether it's creating a piece of music, mastering new languages, or conquering challenging climbs at the crag, I'm always hungry for fresh knowledge and experiences.
